One on One Coaching

Private sessions with me are available to working men and women ready to take control of their lives again. During the three months we focus on: establishing goals, determining concerns, personality tests, nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, stressors, relationships, self-care, etc.

Group Coaching

I have collaborated with Aria, from A. Valente Wellness, to offer you double the insight and inspiration on healthy living practices. In this six month program, we create small communities allowing you access to additional support. This option also allows us to offer you coaching at a discounted price.

My Story

Depressed. Lost. Confused. Unhealthy in every way. I didn’t know where to go or what to think.

It was time to change. I did some research and found healthy eating habits to follow. Started taking my fitness seriously. Picked up a book, then another and another.

I repeated the process until there were more smiling days than frowning. Less hard breathing when I worked out. More confidence. It’s a journey that’s only started.
